When can I buy tickets?

Our website is open all the time for online sales. However, you may not be able to purchase e-tickets for travel on a desired date since some cutoffs periods may apply. If the date you want is not listed and you plan to travel in the near future, please buy your ticket directly from our driver or an agent. Passenger types establish multiple pricing structures for our services. Please be sure to carefully read any restrictions associated with a passenger type to make sure you qualify. Our drivers may request to see proof of age, disability, study, etc. noted in the passenger type description. Failure to present these credentials may require you to forfeit your e-ticket and purchase a walk up ticket.

This is the date that you intend to redeem your e-ticket or exchange your voucher for a commuter ticket book, pass, etc. Please note that this date is non-transferable.

Timetables for Coach Canada services can be viewed online at coachcanada.com You can enter an origin State/Province and City into the Scheduled Services box to see all available destinations. Selecting a destination will lead you to timetable, fare and other pertinent information. Note that not all services are available for online purchase.

What if I require a wheelchair accessible bus?

We comply with all ADA regulations. A 48-hour notice is required for wheelchair accessible vehicles. Purchasing a handicapped ticket (where available) will not automatically guarantee a wheelchair accessible bus. You must contact your local company to make arrangements.

When you make your purchase you may be issued with:

  • An email voucher, which you exchange for a ticket, commuter ticket book, or pass.
  • An e-ticket that you can use to directly board the bus.
